Our warranty is 2 years for end customers.
The warranty period begins with the shipment of the goods to the customer. The customer is obligated to report any defects immediately and to follow the instructions and procedures for an exchange.
The defective goods must be returned to our returns department by the buyer, regardless of size and weight. The costs and shipping risk for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. A replacement delivery or exchange as part of a warranty does not generate any new warranty periods.
The following are excluded from the warranty: impacts, shocks, falls, collisions, pressure, heat and sun exposure, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, grime, mud, and damage caused by customer self-repair attempts.
Insignificant deviations from the warranted properties of the goods do not give rise to a warranty claim.
Warranty claims against maono.ch are only valid for the direct buyer and are therefore non-transferable.
